Warranty issues, though rare, are handled emergently and there is no pointing fingers back at that homeowner. Tim, the owner, has even fixed roof issues that weren't workmanship issues, such as tree limbs falling and even a bullet hole. Even when rain pushed the inspection to a Saturday, Scott arrived on time and found the issue. He fixed it within an hour. The spots haven’t expanded in size and there didn’t seem to be any damp areas. I’d recommend calling HCA for any roofing issues you may have."

"Dania and crew were awesome! I messaged early Fri morning after having a small roof leak from the storm Thursday night. They came out really quickly and found some loose shingles and popped nails that another company had missed. They replaced the shingle with such a close match that there's no way my hoa can complain about it bc I can't tell the difference myself.  I highly recommend HCA roofing and their rep Dania for any roofing issues you may have from small repairs to whole roof replacement"
